KNT Development have acquired a new development site at Queens Road.
New design for THE MONTAGUE ARMS has recently been submitted for Pre-planning Application Advise to demolish existing building and develop 2 commercial units on the ground floor and 9 self-contained flats above.
The site is situated on the corner of Queen’s Road and Kender Street.
