A new Bill to push the UK in the right direction.

The UK government has announced a new Bill for renters to access better housing conditions and to ensure an overall increase in the quality of social functioning. The new Renters’ Reform Bill, will prevent private landlords from gaining income off their poor-quality homes, thereby saving the UK Government more funding for healthcare. New housing standards are to be legalised to ensure tenants have a place they can call “home”.
